Honest Question About Ibill

I have been away from this for a while, but Ibill still has almost 25k of my money. Obviously, they are never gonna pay unless I sue them. Has anyone done this? I gotta believe that some of you, especially the big players, have taken them to court. Any suggestions?

Another bump for you. They owe me over 10k. I'll be happy to join any legal action against them at this point.:2 cents:

you honestly don't think there are lawsuits pending with them?

the first rule of law suit club, is you don't talk about law suit club

if anyone does have pending action against them, they wouldn't be talking about it here

if I was owed 25K from a company, i would have had a lawyer a long fucking time ago....

Damn, look at you guys...50k owed to just 3 people here posting. Enough to sue them. Do something. Stop asking about other people. Contact the 2 people who posted here and get together and fucking sue the faggots.

"Honest" and "iBill" are not two words that blend together - it's like water and oil.

Seriously PP... Why have you not already acted months ago on the legal side?

Yea.. a few folks have already started legals and have had settlement (tho in a few instances they could not even keep to the terms of settlement and needed a reminder).

There is no reason or benefit in communicating with iBill, there is nothing to talk about.

Only my :2 cents: worth, but don't let this week pass without filing an action. Get all paperwork/email etc together and write a detailed statement of all shit relating to iBill and dump this on a lawyer and tell him to start work immediately man :thumbsup

please do not use the word honest and ibill in the same sentence.

:1orglaugh

IBALLZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would at least get the paperwork started so that you have some evidence of a claim against them, although im not sure if a claim at this late stage will get you any $$$$. Reading between the lines it looks like a few companies started legal action a while back and got some sort of settlement on the understanding that they did not disclose the facts. Im sure if those companies had posted on GFY they got their money by starting legal action it would have opened the flood gates and Iball's would not have been able to linger on for so long :2 cents:

All good advice given in this thread up to this point.

I suggest you take it.
