Yep numero #3 for us, we have 2 other 6 bedroom ski chalets down the street from this one.

I bought this beautiful 7 bedroom ski chalet this week with another well known program owner (who will rename nameless unless he wants to be know).

We take possession I believe April 1, anyone wanna go boarding or golfing? :pimp

Investment or pleasure?

Hehe I dunno how much snow we will have left in April but we have access to a beach down the street and we have like 3 golf course right down the street plus mountain biking and hiking. :thumbsup

It's an investment, we rent out our other 2 chalets and whenever they are not rented out we go up and use them. The properties are all cash flow positive and are an awesome investment because the area is growing BIG TIME!

We have access to a private beach less than 5 minutes away for the summer. Other great activities for the summer include mountain biking, the scenic caves & suspension bridge, Wasaga Beach (20 min away), Golfing etc!

Blue mountain isn't a ski hill . it's a Ski hump .. You guys need to come ou to the laurentains, Northern Quebec where the Real eastern mountains are
