Strange people don't have the same aversion to putting their SSN/Tax ID out there... To date the only program I've seen that has a cert for webmaster signups is Naughty Bank.

Your CC has a limit and a fraud prevention department.

It's not a big deal to put your name, address, SSN, and possibly bank info into an online form and send it who knows where? With your name, address, and SSN; I could get 6 cards (with CVV and EXP) and a mortgage in your name...
