The commercials are the best part, so can't leave then, and if you during it during play you might miss something

plan your route and to-do list (split tasks into ~2 minute events) ahead of time

then make a superfast break for it right after a CONFIRMED touchdown- you will only miss a PAT which is pretty low risk

Keep an empty jar beside your chair, and whizz into that when everyone's watching the commercials.
