It's probably encoded with a newer version of the DIVX than the one you have... Get the latest release (5) here: http://www.divx.com/divx/

DivX? Video 5.0.1 takes 5 min to load and i can't playback

Don't use their shitty Divx Player to watch movies... Just download and install their bundle to get the new codec and watch the movies with WMP
