I think I just witnessed an attempted Homocide...
 

I roll up to the outlet bakery in my area and I see a mini van with "granpa" in the back putting away his gorceries he just bought.. next thing you know..granma put it in reverse and ran over her husband. Poor man is laying on the ground while granny is trying to leave...she stops..gets out of the car and goes inside the bakery to wait.. meanwhile granpa is laying in the parking lot with a possible broken leg..tire tracks, blood and bruising all over his leg..some stranger goes to sit with granpa till the ambulance gets there. Granma is not concerned in the least bit.

Two possible scenarios are running through my head...

Granma is not all there and has some slight dementia problems
or...
Granma had 50 plus years of granpas shit and she decided to take him out right then and there.

Too bad I did not have my camera.. that was some fucked up shit :helpme

I left after the ambulance showed up..alot of looky lous and witnesses. I am hoping it was dementia.. but if it was..why in the fuck is she in the drivers seat.

wow thats pretty fucked up we had something similar happen a few months back a 18 year old kid was outside his house talking with his grandfather it escelated into a fight and he beat his grandfather over the head with a baseball bat he was lying in the drive way , he then went and got his father who is the son of the grandfather and he got into his mini van and backed up over the grandfather body a couple of times crushing his skull, it was a pretty big deal it was all over the news

some really fucked up people in this world....

You know how many time i see old people swerve into other peoples lanes.... or not even stop for red lights

they probably cause more accidents then street racers

they SERIOUSLY need to have to retake a driving course once they hit 60-70 to make sure they are still capable of driving or SEEING

Amen to that. My granpa lost all depth perception when he turned 70... and he was still driving around pulling out in front of trucks that he thought were far away but they were right up on his ass.

I remember one family reunion, granpa all of sudden just got up , got in the car and started to leave without saying anything to anyone.. My granma (80 lbs that she is) was trying to jump in the passengers side while the car was moving.. Everyone surrounded the car and tried to get granpa to stop and let granma drive..he was having none of it and was willing to run us over to prove that.. granma sitting in the passengers seat telling us it was allright freaked us all out.

And that's what fucken amazes me. I ride motorcycles, and I ride safe. And it doesn't mean a fuck if some stupid old ass doesnt' see me.

Crazy! Reminds me of the Six Feet Under episode where the wife whacks her hubby over the head with a frying pan, then sits down & eats breakfast in peace. He didn't beat her or anything like that, just talked all the time.

I am betting on the dimentia. It's sad, but it happens a lot.

There was one old lady in town, we just called her "the crazy lady" lol. She was really sweet and rich also, paid all the neighborhood kids to do odd jobs she didn't even really need done. The only time she was crazy, was when she drove!

she would drive on the wrong side of the road when going to the local store about 30 pct. of the time. It's good it was a small town, if they saw a big lincoln with a white head of hair, we just pulled out of her way and onto the shoulder.

Luckily, she never hit anyone because we all knew who she was and how she drove. In larger towns or cities, this has GOT to be a huge problem! I could only imagine if she were out doing this in a bigger area. I am positive something bad would have happened.

...... no.. way.. :( poor guy

Now that is messed up. Hmm. Might be me and my husband in about 40 years.
