Are u serious? You prefer Dooney & Bourke? Those are the ugliest and tackiest purses ever, a lot of teenyboppers wear them and think they are "high-end" when their not, their really ugly and distasteful and more tacky than anything.

Maybe it could be considered fashionable in Eastern Europe, but different countries have different perspectives on what's "in" and "out".

I dunno, a lot of people are into those status symbol purses, I dunno if LV is hot, but there's a lot if imitations around, it seems as if everyone has a fake one, all the masses have one now so it's less exclusive and elite as earlier I guess.

I'm actually (contrary to what most people believe) very low maintenance and not into expensive purses. I wear a cheap brown suede purse I got at Maceys and it has a cute buckle on the front and I get compliments on it all the time. In my opinion so many people have LV's and there's so many fakes!

I think it's Jessica Simpson who made LV popular to all the mtv kiddies. Once she took it with her on her camping trip on Newlyweds and started talking about all the young teenage girls suddenly really got into LV overnight and more people started to buy fakes. That's what I think anyway.

Versace has some nice ones....Dolce and Gabbana are worthy of a look.
