Stats Remote not displaying CCBill stats
 

CCBill probably changed their code and Stats Remote is probably fixing their code to display their stats.. but my i've noticed that Stats Remote is taking longer and longer to push updates.. Last time it was Dating Gold that took like 3 weeks to be fixed so it can be displayed correctly.. $30 month to wait for updates :disgust

they change it, thye just have to update it. unified stats works fine now

yeah these 4-5 day delays are crazy. Especially when its a main sponsor like CCbill....

Nah, not really. When I started using statsremote, it was with the understanding that on average, they update every 2 weeks. So I dont expect a new update every 2 - 3 days just because 1 sponsor stops working, even if it is ccbill.

UnifiedStats all the way.

I understand and dont mind the normal 2-3 week updates on most.. BUT ccbill is a biggie and should be an exception to do an update sooner... :2 cents: Love the service either way..

TBH I am thinking that SR must be at the point now where they have enough clients paying $30 per month to justify instant updates on major sponsors. I just cant see any excuse for not updating every other day at least.

John from Unified Stats had a fix out within 24hrs. And its a free program lol.

Yeah would have been nice to see an update by now. Ccbill is a big one for stats remote so should have put out a update just for it imo.

I'm annoyed. I think the CCbill should be fixed ASAP.

Unified Stats hangs up when loading programs I gave up, I've got so many programs on StatsRemote, the frustration level is too high to try a new one.

hmm, I keep seeing error messages from within ccbill so I was going to say maybe it's not SR, but if the other program is fixed already...

Stats Remote slack when it comes to updates. They let out fixes as they come in. That other stats program does it for free.

im sure someone can outsource a bunch of them foreigners and put out teh same product for half the price.

Come on StatsRemote, lets get with the program. Ccbill demands an immediate fix released. The free program does it in 24 hours, but we are 5 days into this shit?

I must say I just installed it, and added all my programs. I am grinning. This will save me at least 20 minutes a day combing through each site checking stats. :thumbsup And its free! Lubs..

I just cancelled my statsremote registration. This has pissed me off too much this time.

I'm going to check Unified out tomorrow.. i'll probably cancel as well.. for $30 a month you expect constant updates and decent support for a relatively simple piece of software.

Same here, im gonna try it tomorrow. And cancel SR if i like it. The lack of updates are very, very annoying.

One week for an update like CCBill is pretty sad. Especially when a free program does it in 24 hours. Worse than that is no response or timeframe or reason why the delay.

The UnifiedStats interface pisses the hell out of me though, IMO it really doesn't compare to StatsRemote. I gladly pay the $30.

I agree, Unified Stats has a bit of work to do with the interface. But paying $30 for service like this (more not even giving an ETA on a fix than anything) is ticking me off too. JB needs serious competition I guess to make him give a fuck again.

Mine took a while to pull in the new data. All is good except that low # of ccbill sales today lol
