Has anyone had any success with, or seen any traffic programs marketing "video-to-flash" banners and sales tools with audio to affiliates?

Just to clarify, I don't mean banners animated with flash, but rather, slimmer, portable, traffic-targeted variations on the sort of Flash videos one sees on homepages of sites like avn.com and ten.com.
