that one is easy. :D under 100k of entries.. unless u have the ones with the additional digits, thats just mad pimp

you can just write a program to output:

10000
10001
10002
.
.
.
99999

but then you have 50k useless entries.

i got usa covered :D canada has a weird letter/number scheme going.
