Help please - I need an image upload script
 

I'm looking for a script (php) that uploads an image from your computer, resize it to max width/height proportions, has an option for JPG optimisation and finally displays the URL under the preview once uploaded.

No cropping, watermarking or anything else required. Only what's mentioned above.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
