Hi.. im new here, but not to porn or erotic content.. right now I have an amateur website using ImageCash as a hosting for the pictures. BUT, i want to move one.. i want to have a better quality website, and the first step is get rid off ImageCash as soon as possible.

A have several questions;

1. Amateur pictures collected from the internet (the real sh*t, not something for an adult website).. is illegal to use it as a content? Im not planning to do a paysite at all. Also, if someone complains about a pictures, i will remove it immediately (some ideas i have to avoid problems)

I ask about the illegal stuff just to do the right thing.. thats why i want to move to a better quality website.

2. What is better, a TGP (like the TGP Rotator from JMB)? OR, use a photogallery php script like PhotoPost? I like the idea of puting sponsor link to galleries in the TGP script..

3. Any more ideas? suggestions?

You can do anything that you think is profitable. Paysite,TGP, Free Post site. But never use other people's work without permission. You can use the content provided by a sponsor to promote him and yourself as affiliate. The photos and videos given for free are not free for anyone and any other use than promotion.

hi.. thanks for the answer.. I was all night in the forum reading and reading.. and already found a lot of information..

i decided to go with a blog.. im 90% sure im going to use WP.. im thinking to start first with a blog because of low content (also because the script is free). then move, or add a TGP.


About this amateur pictures.. im sure these picture arent other people works, it doesnt look like professionals pictures. I need more "legal and problems" information about this kind of pictures..

What kind of amateur pictures are these? Remember that none can allow you expose him/her on the net. Be carefull. You can post, sell, use in any possible way your own pictures. Would you allow anyone else to use your pictures?
Some times amateur pictures are not so "amateur" . Are made to seem like amateur for promotional tactics. If you want to offer , or sell, pictures in your site you can easilly buy from studios for about 10 USD. take a look:

These are some of them. Search by keyword " Adult content" and you 'll find a handfull of studios. A very good place to find content for your site is GFY forums.

If you don't have proof of age and modle releases, you may be asking for trouble.

maybe you should read some tutorials around to get you started especially for TGPs
