can any one help me with this stupid video ipod!!!

ive tried converting moveis, ive tried downloading them as mp4, but i still cant get them to go on the damn thing.

The IPOD is pretty sketchy about having the MP4 in the right format.

Only luck I've had, in regard to MP4 video is finding software that has a definitive setting for "Ipod MP4".

Here's Raven's thread asking the same basic questions:

i downloaded that winavi converter and once it converts it all i have to do is move it into itunes?

Are you on a PC or a Mac? If you're on a PC, download Videora. If you're on a Mac, get Handbrake Lite. Both are free and easy to use.

Once you convert the movie with either program, you simply have to add the file to your iTunes library and sync your iPod.

Once, you have your movie in .mp4 format. Open iTunes, drag the .mp4 file onto your iPod. :thumbsup

I concur. I installed Videora and it was a piece of cake to get it to work :thumbsup

I followed this guide and had no problem.

load it in itunes. if it works in itunes, it should be in your library and transfer to your ipod when you connect it.
