Not neccessarily, i would venture a guess that while converting the datacenter you see your serps from to the new update "big Daddy", that that datacenter may have reverted to last updates page rank for your display. Its possible it was new pr that hasnt come out yet also but they dont "test" or show the new page rank until its update time for the toolbars.
When they do begin (like all updates at google) it will take a few days to make its way across all the datacenters. You can use the tool i posted above to see which PR is showing in each datacenter. (compairing a couple domains will tell you which is old and which is new).
There will be one very soon i suspect as well. The big daddy changes should also reflect in the new page rank assignments as well. It could be the most accurate Page Rank that webmasters may see, because its based off the latest algorythmic and fundamental update at google in years.
