Need a Merchant Account - Willing to pay 20% - $150,000 a month in rev's

Need a merchant account - charge backs are at about 5 a month maximum.
We have a staff handling customer service, trained to keep chargebacks from happening, and we refund at any problem.

We sell a legitimate software, which actually works - no spyware, nothing illegal.

We need a merchant account capable of handling $150,000 in revs a month.
We are willing to pay a max of 20% fee per sale for the merchant account.
We are also willing to do a 4 day hold before ACH on all charges.

This needs to be with a REPUTABLE, TRUSTWORTHY provider - it does not have to be a company, if you are an individual who can provide this to us, we will fly you out to us and meet with you and arrange the details.

Having a hard time getting a legitimate merchant account because we are brand new, and people are scared to give us such a high limit right away, unfortunately, we need it.

If you want to work something out, email me; [email protected]

There will no doubt be trolls in this thread, just ignore them and stick to the topic at hand.

If you are a private party, we will fly you out on our dime. If you are a company, we'll even fly out the person in charge and talk to you.

We need this merchant account so we can grow this company!

What is wrong with the typical third party billers? They have a cap on how much you can run through them?

GTS Mark 02-02-2006 01:31 PM

CCbill or Epoch could not help you?

Got to get in touch with WebTrade... shoot me an e-mail... [email protected]

Also look at Paycom, CCBill, and... Netbilling ofcourse.

uno 02-02-2006 01:57 PM

For 20% you must be very very very high risk.

NETbilling 02-02-2006 02:08 PM

Hi,

Netbilling can assist you and you will pay 6% total, not 20%. No flying os necessary. Let me know if you have questions. Validus (above) is a good guy too.

Mitch

We process through authorize.net.. borrow $150k, put it up as a deposit to them. Then start enjoying processing at 2-5%. After a little bit of history, you'll get back your deposit. Oh, and send the $22,500 a month I just saved you to me. Hit me up on ICQ.

studiocritic 02-02-2006 02:14 PM

I suggest you take Mitch up on the NetBilling offer. You probably won't get better than 6% with high risk, no history.

davethetruth 02-02-2006 02:15 PM

20% on 150k / month revenue seems like it is about 4 times to much %?

VAIRES 02-02-2006 02:17 PM

That is what we are paying now (20%) for a private individual to provide us with the merchant account, but he is wanting more now (getting greedy) and we are looking for a more professional alternative.

Then you have a history.. whats the problem?

If your financials are on the up and up (good luck if they're not), and you're doing $150k/mo, people will jump at the chance to process you.

Again, contact Mitch above.

Why not just go through your/a bank?

vicki 02-02-2006 02:27 PM

You are absolutely doing the right thing ... find another person to help you!

There is no reason in this world a software company should be paying double digits!

We need to chat toots, I shoot from the hip and will give you an honest list of options .. then we'll decide together which best meets your biz model. Its what I do and I do it da*n well :)

Usually means he's selling something they won't process.. not necessarily illegal, just outside their risk tolerance.

We are actually just about to apply with WoodForest Bank, which is local to us.
We are not that high risk, its just a software, and our customer service is good.
