Some dude calls you 3 hours after you get to bed to call and important meeting... how do you wake yourself up? FAST

A quick spank, fast shower, and take a coffeemug full of coffee in the car with you on your way to the meeting and you're good to go.

A shower always works for me also..

first thing i do is tell the guy that called the meeting to Go Fuck Himself ... then i sleep 3 more hours and get up to a shower and cup of coffee ... then i hit the meeting in jeans and a playboy hoody .. happy and well rested ..:)

Most often because the TV wakes me up, because I fell asleep with it on :Oh crap

caffeine pills and a shower.

good thing i have no problem with waking up. i have a biological alarm clock which really works if i need to be up early!

I'm the same way .. it doesn't matter how late I go to bed ..i wake up within 5 mins of 8am every morning

usually being woken up by a phone call 3 hrs into sleeping is enough to wake me up.

Waking up FAST has been my struggle for ages... The alarm clock of my mobile is the best waking-up-buddy i ever had.

Bang my head on the wall a couple times... a fast shower / turned cold for 20 secs at the end, cofee, redbull, 80 % chocolate and stuff like that.
