I think you are way off. He would have to be selling 20K+ a day in spots. Which he doesn't.

That would be a "rough" estimate but he's bringing in more than most of you pea brains can fathom.

You can calculate the value of a website, check google if you want to do it.
Amount of traffic + income over a certain period of time will give you an idea of the value of any site. It's easy to calculate the value of thehun since you know the prices for paid listings, banners and his amount of traffic.

On the other hand why would he sell, I wouldn't.
