Another candle went out today.

That picture is so fitting Senator. Rolls was the catalyst that moved BJJ to it's modern ways. He brought in so many new techniques and made BJJ more of a living fighting style, integrating.

Carlson has led the way for BJJ in the modern world. Brazillian Top Team, and my soon to be new home American Top Team owe Carlson their love of BJJ, training the core of both teams.

Another Champion of the Graice family is gone. Rest in peace, Grande Mestre.

Wow, that is sad news, but before he passed he can be attributed to changing the way people view fighting unarmed for evermore. A true legend is a good quote...pretty much sums it up. I hope Royce wins in his next fight and dedicates it to his father.

Carlson gracie is not Royce's father.

Carlson Gracie is Royce Gracie's cousin.

Helio Gracie is Royce's father.
