Depends; I assume you are running Unix? There is Webmin.

Anyone else.. other suggestions are very welcome too.

If I have to use a Control Panel, I prefer DirectAdmin over anything else. It doesn't cause much load at all, its very fast, and gets the job done. My personal preference is to do everything by hand though. :)

WEbair has a CP, you can try interworx as well

If you want free Linux/BSD you can use Webmin with Virtualmin.
