Anyone know of some good earplugs for loud music
 

I know this is a bit off topic sorry :( I am practicing with my band in a small room now and the sound gets really out of control sometimes. Please let me know what I should get :)

I am even open to the ones that look like earwarmers or whatever thanks :thumbsup

Have a pair of those but don't keep out as much as I need; but now see the have extreme ones as well that really protect ears. Nice !!!

vanderweb aren't people around loud music etc supposed to have them custom made to fit the shape of the ear?
