Not that I condone CP or the depiction of it, but this decision is a good thing for us in general. :thumbsup

I agree with the decision.

Personally I dont agree with simulated child-porn but I wouldnt hesitate spending a day in court to defend someone else's right to view it. As long as all parties involved are consenting adults I dont think its anyone's right to tell them what they can or cannot enjoy no matter how fucking sick it makes me.

to be able to be prosecuted for shooting a 20 year old and portraying her in shoolclothes with an apple and saying she's 17 is a bit much i think.... it's not cool to be encouraging under-age "appreciation" but then again i think it's silly to be able to be prosecuted for filming a 17 year old who you could legally FUCK.. then again we're talking tounger... eh.. i guess this means we'll be seeing a lot of 3dsmax and maya kiddie porn..... blech..... fake nude 12 year olds... how low can the human race get for a few fucking $$ eh....
