The jammer works!
 

I've been running with a valentine radar detector in my carrera for a few years..and I still get tickets..instant on radar :(
Now with the 911Turbo,i've updated to a PhantomII detector/jammer.Twice over the weekend it went off while i was
doing around 85mph in a 65 zone,no tickets :)
The manufacturer claims they will cover any ticket i get as long as its for 20mph over the limit or less..
For you people that like to drive fast..

i can be an asshole driver just like anyone else. i've done 80+ in a 50 zone (dual carriage way)and i have a clean license. but, its NOTHING to brag about. :( too many people get killed as a result of driving too fast... the limits are there for a reason.

i'd NEVER speed when there are people about, like through the town center. too many assholes (i find its usually women) step out on the road without looking... admittedly, they deserve to be run over but i don't want to be the one responsible for it. a bus is definately a more effective tool for vehicular homicide. :1orglaugh

if the law decides to move the speed cameras around here one day, they'll make a fortune from speeding motorists.

We have speed cameras and red light cameras here. Only problem with it is when they mail the tickets they can't prove you received them ;)

btw, this is defiantely true.

i like to slow people that drive too close, especially on a long stretch of road.

in all the years i had my nissan 300zx, i never got a ticket for speeding. the last time i got pulled over was on christmas of 1999... he pulled me over for not having a front license plate. as we're sitting there on the side of the road wasting time, some drunk driver plows into my car and destroys it.

yes, i STILL got a ticket for no license plate, and no, the state was NOT found liable for my car when i sued their ass. incidentally the drunk driver paid a few hundred dollar fine and was released.

and that, is why i no longer have a 300zx :(

The speeding issue really gets my shit up - the Government funded (ie - independant) Transport Research Laboratory sat down with their facts and figures and worked out that speeding is attributable to only 7% of all accidents. 7 fuckin %%%!!!

Speeding is used as a revenue generator by the state.
