I really wanted to go to Comic Con in NY but it's going to be soooo expensive.

Anyway, I'm amped about Apocalypse's return this year, as well as a new event with Silver Surfer being the centerpoint (annihilation) AND all of the cool flicks coming out this summer (X3, Superman Returns, V for Vendetta etc.).

Not to mention Civil War & the wrap up of Identity Crisis!

Hey come on, Comics have been around for ever, there are always going to be fans, and as a fan I can't wait to see this summer's blockbusters either, I mean x-3 is going to RULE!!!

Maybe I should have put "Official" in the title haha

I am a HUGE Comic book fan. I have 40-50 comics sent to me per month. But here's the weird thing: I don't even open them, just file them away, saving for my 6 year old son. :) Unopened.

I want them to be mint for my son when he's old enough to appreciate them. I also have subscriptions to comics and I never open the bag to see which comic it is. I just file it, unopened, in a box. :)

Donny.. forshame you should read them and then you can enjoy them WITH your son - it's good to try to give them something that will have value, but there is something of much greater value when you READ the comics :winkwink:

I've been reading Infinite Crisis, it's like a complete undoing of the original Crisis! lol - can't wait to see what happens. I don't like the way Mark Waid has been writing Legion recently though, and he's usually such a great writer. But Fables is a real hit with me right now too, have you read any?
