I have a scoop for you, we are working on a new system for the email that will reward the good webmaster that send good email address (example: US email) and that won't reward the bad webmaster (example: China).

I need to correct you on something. Wegcash DOES indeed accept webmasters from any country. The list of countries you see as banned in our terms represent the traffic itself, not the webmaster. So if you feel you can send good English traffic, you'll be fine. Over 100 signups a day will automatically turn into $1.15 per email :) Let me know if you have any questions.
