Take her shopping for lingere.
Better than any wrapped up gift. Have her try stuff on, model it for you, etc. It gives her attention, puts her in the mood and she gets something that she likes.

I'm sure you know by now if she has any hang-ups, so shop with that in mind..like, for example, if she has a little belly she's self-conscious about, don't get an open-front babydoll of she's going to feel uncomfortable in it and it won't be what you hope. Oh, and some girls really don't have any reason to have hang-ups, but they still think their thighs are too fat or whatever....so if she is self-conscious about a body part that turns you right the fuck on, she is still going to feel over-exposed if you buy something that reveals said body part.
