I started back to the gym yesterday
And OMFG am I out of shape!!!!!
I'm about 30 lbs over where I should be. Before when I getr sloppy I lose it, gain it back, lose it.... but I have never FELT so out of shape that how I feel right now. Fuck. I have been working more and being less active. Not good. I'm becoming a turd. :1orglaugh My pizza and chocolate ice cream diet is over. :thumbsup |

I started eating better about 8 weeks ago, but recently started doing the workout thing again. It's hard to run a 10 minute mile when you're 50lbs over :) |

It's definitely the time of year to shape back up again... I'm eating much better these days and getting to the gym three days a week. So far I've gone one notch smaller on my belt! I'll be doing a 21 day juice fast in the next month or so too, so there's nowhere to go but DOWN (on the scale) from here!

Continue hitting the gyms! Not only will you gain a great body but good health as well. Better blood circulation, faster metabolism, active mind, greater endurance and higher resistance against viruses.

Hopefully your body will remember the old shape and snap back quick. Just have as many outdoor activities as indoor and you'll be o.k :)
