sponsor program with banner rotation
 

I'm trying to find a program, good payouts, but with its own banner rotation features, like spacash.
Do you know any one ?
I dont want to waste my time and my servers resources to rotate banners on my sites.

Half of my traffic is from Romania , but i have a lot of US traffic.

My beloved country , Romania, is banned from TopBucks, as usual bad programmers and bad managers prefer to ban a country instead of cleaning garbage inside own backyard...

More than likely they simply just don't trust sending checks and mail to your country. Or maybe one too many scammers from your country have screwed them over. :2 cents:

yes, exactly what i said, bad programmers, bad managers, instead of developing anti-scam and anti-cheat programms, they prefer to ban countries, like godaddy one year ago.
But I don't care about this , all i'm interested is a sponsor with banner rotation. I see most of sponsors websites are obsolete and not very usefull, only spacash.com use modern systems ... whatever :winkwink:
