Selling An Older Site With Established Income and Traffic!
 

Hey guys, I have become overwhelmed with new projects and am just reviewing some older sites I have really no time to focus on or build. So I am selling them, starting with this one :)

This site gets regularly 8,000 unique visitors and 60,000 page views a day. The site does not have a trade script installed on it anymore so that traffic is all bookmark. There is a PHP script and backend to add new pictures and change advertising and trade links. The site has a PR4 and has several years of history and income.

In the right hands this site could be a huge moneymaker and the traffic could be increased 10 fold very easily.

I would assume the buyer would have to be non-US based? Looks like lots of legal trouble in there :( Even on the first page I see 2 trademarked female webmistresses who have their own sites.
