Good Idea, Bad Idea
 

Okay, I'm in kind of a second career mode type of thing, retired early for medical reasons, now working at home. Have a video chat room with 50K to 100K users per day on average. Closer to 50K at the moment due to increased competition but I will outlast them. It's operating at a small profit. (Helps when you luck into a free server.)

I'm an affiliate marketer but don't have a lot of money, can't pay for real website, at least I don't think so, maybe I can right now. But I'm using Joomla and it makes really cool websites. I'm about to setup http://www.lotsofnakedteens.com (nothing is there at this moment or almost nothing.)

I want to end up with a full fledged adult paysite. But I'll have to build it slowly. I followed someone's Sig banner here the other day and found live feed content for free but I need a members only area. I can do it manually via Alert Pay for a buck but that delay in getting in could cause some not to sign up. Even for a buck? To setup an Epassporte will cost me $100? CCbill with do it for nothing but will the be interested in such a low dollar site? Other solutions. I don't want to pay Epassporte the $100 as they have a really crappy attitude there.

It's really still an affiliate site for which people are gonna pay a dollar or $2.00 depending on service fees to get in. I'll add content to it and once I get more content, I'll charge more. Remember I don't have the dollars to go out and spend 5 to 10K to do it right.

Bad idea to also include free content from sponsors on the site for free area of the site too? I'll check with sponsors to make sure they are okay with that.

You have a good amount of traffic. Work on them. Anyway, step carefully.
If you want to get money you must invest money first.

You will find many good sponsors to fill out your site with promotional content.
If you need more of them take a tour in GFY forums and hit on banners.
But i don't understand how your site works. What kind of people are you trying to attract? How do you plan to get money? How do you plan to promote your site? What are the points you can't understand? Expose your ideas.
Many people in forums (like me) are not native English speakers . So, write in a simple language.
