who here hosts on webair?
and has a virtual account with them?
im looking for all honest answers, i wanna know how fast (or slow) their virtual hosting is, any downtimes and how you like (or dislike) their customer service. :) |

I have dedicated with them. Customer Service is awesome...they have live 24/7 tech support. Never a problem with downtime at all.

one of my virtual packages is with webair.
i have no complaints so far. the hosting is nice and fast and the support is good too. i don't have anything really important up there, so i don't really monitor the uptime constantly (just sig hosting and a couple odd pages). but i haven't noticed them being down very often, if at all. |

We just got our 4th box with them and I have no problems at all. Tech is always there to help. The only problem we had was with an old box....something about an email problem. Down time is not an issue at at all, the only down time I can remember was Submitpasses was down last month for like 15 minutes.

I have had a virtual account with them for ages, great service , great support , great speed, need i say more :) ( i haven't had any probelms that required support much though , but i have always gotten a quick response )

I have a virtual account with Webair, no complaints at all.
I get faster service from Webair than I did when I was hosting with a Chicago company and had both of the owners home numbers in case something broke. :thumbsup |
i am using virtual hosting with them for some SE sites.. i think they do very well. good support and as far as i noticed the server was never offline. and speed is okay.

I got a virtual account with Webair and I haven't had any issues with them at all so far.

I had multiple accounts with them..
Pros: -Customer support answers the phone fast Cons: -Customer support is rude -I was once double billed for one month -One time my account was hacked, I lost all of my sites and databases, webair told me an account would be restored using the last backup within hours.. hours turned into days, after a week or so they never had anything fixed. |

their customer service ranges from decent to rude and shitty depending on who u get. Their speeds are so-so. Overall my experience with them is average.

I use webair. Haven't had downtime at all yet (been about 5 months now), pretty fast load times on the pages, customer service is excellent.
Tech support is dubious at best. |
