Darksoft Computers README
I signed up for the G.A.S.S. 2.0, GloBill processed
my card. Your site just gives a 302 redirect back to the login and I didn't get my product! Emailed you and GloBill support. ... not a good way to start a monday <humph> |

It's amazing how many people post support crap here. If you have emailed globill and darksoft, what more can you do? A little patience might be in order. Only post here if they won't respond to your emails.
It always cracks me up to see... "Tanker, I am having trouble with (insert problem here)" or "TheHun - PLEASE READ" That's what email is for. |

Dont you think you owe it the guy that wrote it to give him a chance to respond before you slam his product in a public forum?
How long did you wait before posting on the board ? 10 mins?15mins ? You think your the only person that has sent the guy an email, or that he just sits there waiting for you to email him ? |

I really love seeing shit like this after I've already responded in email.
I guess I will be taking speed to stay up 24 hours a day to answer emails on the fucking spot. God forbid I should actually sleep at some point. It was appx. 11 minutes after paying with globill that I get the email and then get blasted on the board here. You never bothered telling me in the first place you were on a freebsd box using opera and nutscrape trying to login. I have no idea why you can't login in on that freebsd box and told you as much. You were too busy to login using a windows machine but not busy enough to post here how you couldn't get in to the membership area. |
For what it's worth, darksoft has always taken care of me. Never a single problem. When I did have a question, I dropped them an email and had a response within an hour or so. They are top notch all the way! :thumbsup

Well, I've got some caffeine flowing thru my veins now and feel a bit better. Think I may need to hire some of your gophers to handle support for me while I sleep Rocky :D
There IS a support bbs on the G.A.S.S. site as well... seems to be a secret or something. First thing I do when I log in from ny shitty dial-up account is check emails and/or check the support bbs to see if there's anything that needs addressing. That's what I get for sleeping in an extra hour today. Note to self: 4 hours of sleep is TOO much! |
