for you smart asses I do know what WIPO is...Copyright may or may not be available for titles, slogans, or logos, depending on whether they contain sufficient authorship. In most circumstances copyright does not protect names.

Vivid hasn't lost a WIPO/UDRP case yet. This has nothing to do with copyright law and everything to do with Trademark infringement.

I'm sure Vivid will pay you $40k for the name. You should email them and ask.
