          sorry, but I think it is a high risk to do these transfers. I used to, but the last one cost me +$1k

                              i don't have a paypal card or i would do it that way, never use paypal. just these time that people can't any way els then paypal. still don't want to lose their biz.

                                              I had someone send me the money first, then Paypal, a couple weeks later, put a hold on any money they sent out which then put a hold on my account.
