come up to summerlin, you will find more house for your money and better views.

Stick sround the parkway and you can get in and out of the city fast.

What I intend to do is rent a house for the first 6 tp 12 months and have a house built to my specs during that time.

good plan, I did the same thing, you learn a hell of a lot more in one week living here then 100 visits to the city.

I paid 1400 a month for a 4 br, 2.5 bath, pool, spa.

YEah.. Got my eye on several places with specs like that. In my business a pool is gonna be a requirement too. Looking at stuff up to $2000 a month.
