When I first started with Natnet in 2000, I had one server, but told them "leave a wall open for me, I'm going to fill it someday".

I need them to send me a current picture of "The Lightspeed Wall"! I think we have 17 or 18 servers there now, and still growing!

nice! i can tell you Bill and Tomas and the entire tech crew have busted their asses getting me squared away and I only have 1 machine there. And my hosting needs are not typical

I plan on NatNet being my hosting company for life- i'll have a wall of machines there in a few years too!:thumbsup

Steve....Thanks for the props, dude...and thanks to everyone who has posted. I do want to repeat one thing I said in the other thread....I do not for one second think that NatNet is the only quality provider...I have some very good competitors (some of which are named in this thread) so there is no guarantee that we will get FiberNexus business...but I think he will be impressed nonetheless and I hope that will get us a chance to get his business....that's all I can ask for.

I anxiously await his reply.

I took the tour a few months ago, I was impressed. We recently moved most of our business back to NatNet.

It is good to know someone is always watching our servers 24/7 even when I am passed out in some back alley.

I doubt anyone would take the photo seriously, your reputation is too good :thumbsup

I do remember that day, I was soooo impressed with NationalNet offices!

We just moved to National Net as well, and I have to say, Bill and all the techs have bent over backwards to do everything for us. Major props to the customer service they provide!

Best move we ever made ! those guys at Natnet are far superior to anyone we have dealt with prior to making the switch .

If you ever get a chance to go to Atlanta and hang with SweetT.. run... don't walk to airport.... don't even pack , just get on the first plane...

The tour of the data center was an awsome experience, a peek into a well oiled machine... the full setup was amazing.....

Unlike most of you who are Nat Net Customers, Nat Net is a customer of ours (we sell to them) and we get treated the same way they look after their customers. Tony / Bill / Andrew and the whole team is the best to work with.
