S-Corp Delaware. Florida is also not too bad. It all really depends on you though, contact an accountant.

OK Nevada sounds like one of the best options. Who has some experience with this that can help walk me through it and the options.

There are lots of issues to consider.

The more I hear, the more I like Nevada for adult.

If I was making millions then maybe I would consider it... but there is nothing serious that would have me consider Nevada over Washington (my state)
