S-Corp Delaware. Florida is also not too bad. It all really depends on you though, contact an accountant.

Sosa 01-27-2006 03:00 PM

With an accountant and lawyer
I would start there.

is it a bad idea to incorporate in your own state such as NY?

uno 01-27-2006 05:55 PM

OK Nevada sounds like one of the best options. Who has some experience with this that can help walk me through it and the options.

The Company Corporation
http://www.corporate.com/

One of the best. Nevada is best for small companies and Delaware is best for large corporations.

abadfish 01-27-2006 07:31 PM

I find it much easier to just incorporate in your own state.

Easy yes.

But what about fees, and taxes, and what about local zoning, etc..?

There are lots of issues to consider.

The more I hear, the more I like Nevada for adult.

abadfish 01-27-2006 07:58 PM

If I was making millions then maybe I would consider it... but there is nothing serious that would have me consider Nevada over Washington (my state)

venus 01-27-2006 08:13 PM
