laggy movies.... choppy .wmv playing.. help plz
 

all drivers are up to date, and the movies will play fine.. but if i move the windows media player to somewhere else on my monitor.. it gets all choppy

making video editing and searching through the vids a PAIN in the ass

any help would be appreciated
