I did not want to take this public but they still have not shipped our server.

I am tired of this cat and mouse chase.

Does anybody have the # to the owner of techie media, or someone who works there? (Not the # on their website they never pick up)

I need to get ahold of these guys directly asap so if anybody can help please do.

i am not saying techie media is a bad company, i just want this damn server shipped and can't get ahold of nobody :P

never was able to get a call through to them, and when i asked for their number they just avoided the questions. best thing to do is emails admin@ and billing@

i had the third party we go through to this place e-mail them and e-mail them

but the server is still pingable, so obviously it isnt even packed

I don't know what your problem is but mon-Fri 9-5 like clock work 301-990-1098 they always answer, and if they don't and you get a machine, leave your number and they will call you back within a few hours (at most), on their dime. Or the emails they always reply to are
[email protected] and [email protected]

Don't start unwarrented bull about these guys, they are great. I've been with them for a very long time and I never have any problems at all. They have excellent service, prices, servers, well basically everything about them rocks.

i never said their pipe or service sucked.

i usualy don't take things to boards, infact i have never, but i can't seem to communicate well with this company and noobdy ever picks up the phone so :)

That's a Lie....... Just for the hell of it, I just called the 301-990-1098 number to tell them about this thread. Jim answered and said he hasnt gotten even 1 call from you in a week. So your full of crap. I new there was something up with your crap, I never had any problems contacting them.

Picpile your also full of crap. They don't avoid giving out their phone # hell it's posted right on their site?? Also Picpile aren't you the kingfoo spammer guy???

just got ahold of jim (Techiemedia owner) after wireddoctor picked up and got ahold of him.

we cleared things up and all is good.

the problem was miss-communication and we were going through a "third party" to get to the "main man".

the other problem was i was just calling 10 times a day and not leaving a message, so i guess that didn't help much and i guess the e-mails got through but ....


Anyways, all is good, jim is a good guy and he made things work.
