    caseyscam site is dead!

    I'd like to talk about Casey's Cam. The site is dead, and has been dead since I'd say... Sept-Octoberish. The webmaster hasn't shut it down, and tells me that he "can't". This totally aggrivates me and honestly I think it's total bullshit. He won't even put a message up saying that it is closed. But anyway please nobody sign up, it is dead and you are wasting your money. Please let anyone else know. You know, I have to be honest. I am so happy that I am not doing the site anymore. I really really regret doing it at all. I know some of you probably don't want to hear me saying that, but it's the truth. I didn't think it was a big deal at first. At first I did it because I liked the attention but then the money was nice. Now I realize that the money wasn't worth losing my self respect and respect from others.

    So anyway, I have been pretty busy lately. I have been working and going to school full time. I'm doing great in school, I got straight A's and my GPA is 3.73. I'm sooo proud of myself!

                                      Just because the model "Casey" may not participate in the site doesn't make it "dead"...it may be as far as SHE is concerned...but who knows what the "deal" with her and the webmaster was? Maybe she got paid up front...maybe it was a 50-50, who knows...so she may not like it, but that doesn't mean wootwootcash shold "just take it down"...

                                                                                              mightyjoe - if you are the model - and you've decided to move on - so be it - that happens - it was good for a while - now you regret - you may have second thoughts and come back you may not. but be EXTREMELY CAREFUL posting disparaging things on a message board about another person (wootwootcash's business). It appears as if you are a US citizen and if that is the case - they can bring legal action against you for any direct negative effect this thread or ANY of your comments have on their business.

                                                                                              You're a smart girl so this should be pretty easy to understand but here is a short example - the girl that is the main model of a site says the site is dead. I as an affilaite stop promoting the site - causing a drop in income for the site - the site can go after you for causing that drop in revenue. Why lose the money that you work hard for .... to a lawyer and fines... !?!?

                                                                                              Anyway... in closing ... matt and marty have always been extremely straightforward with me... this sounds like yet another example of a business deal that eventually just wasn't working out ...

                                                                                              You were / are a cute girl - and they are going to continue to profit off their hard work and continue to make a profit on the site - seems like a pretty smart business move... i wouldn't shut down the site either... that would be stupid. there are plenty of ways to deal with a solo site wiith out shutting it down

Is being supportive of a gf a bad thing?

                                                                                                                                                          Very true, but I think in this case it's the manner in which she parted company that's at issue. Choosing to move on to do other things isn't all bad if it's a well-planned and thought out decision. The model and webmaster have to work together, allowing enough time for the webmaster time to prepare all aspects of the site closing or continuing to operate.
