A guy is offering me a databese with names and addresses of Mexico
 

It is for real I was giving him names of people I know and he gave the address, is someone interested? He is asking for 3K dollars for the whole thing, and 400 for single state.

Any ideas how this can be used? anyone interested?

Thats about as useless as buying a name/address db of an African nation.

I guess it would only be useful if you had some local low-cost services to sell.
