I am surprised to see that so many people are going after this so much. there is still a lot of people worried about the leagl issues that can pop up.

Like Steve LightSpeed said, rather than looking for an "IPOD affiliate program" check your current Sponsors, if they aren't currently offering IPOD/PSP/CELL/PDA etc formatted content (combined with or in adddition to rss feeds) they will/should be soon. ..or they might not even have to if they build a formatter into the devices themself or it's bundled with the download.
