even the billingservice sublime uses asked me to contact him several times instead of handling it theirselves.. Maybe I should file a complaint about them too.
Watch out that you dont end up on some negative databases with that card if you run 10 chargebacks on it.
Not saying you aren't entitled to a refund, since I don't have any idea what the story is... just saying don't be surprised if that card won't work again in some places.
