Serious dilemma need some input
O.k. I will keep this as short as possible.
So I put my house on the market, the agent said it would be sold in three months. The time rolled around and the house got a buyer but for 50k under the starting price but it was still o.k. But since then the house has been in escrow for over 2 months now. I can back out and get the 8k deposit and fire my Agent since both parties are out of the time zone. But I feel bad that my agent put 5 months into selling this place, open houses, mlm, ect.. and the buyer wants the house but keeps getting messed up by loan company. Now my problem is I'm paying for two houses now total 6k a month. Should I just bail out take the 8k and rent the place or wait another two weeks and see if the guy can get funded? |
Bail the fuck out of there if you can't afford it... wait 2 weeks if you can... it's up to you.
