Can anyone tell me where Outlook data is stored? (email, contacts, etc)
I am trying to get some data from my ex-wife's harddrive to transfer to her new computer. |
Options > mail settings tab > then you will see a button for the data stores, click that and it will tell you where the data stores are pointing to for that machine.
|
What I need is the path. The computer blew up. I put the drive into a case and made it an external drive. Now I'm copying data on my mac and will then burn it to DVD.

C:\Documents and Settings\BV\Local Settings\Application Data\Identities\xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx xxxx\Microsoft\Outlook Express

Thank you BV!

that's the default location, and all those x's was a long ass unique number so it wouldnt have helped you might just want to do a search for .dbx files on that drive and copy them (if a mac can do that) lol |
