Estimate costs on setting up a simple photostudio

I have a practical question, if you don't mind.
Don't need the exact business plan here, just a rough info.

What are we looking at in terms of $$$ on setting up a studio? Rougly? Something small, 3-4 rooms, a photographer, lights and a couple of cameras?
What about the model costs? Talking about amateur type, US, Eastern European or Russian? The rough estimates?

Just curious

More information.

Couple cameras; are you talking still or video?
Define "small" in square feet.
3-4 rooms? As in 3-4 seperate rooms for different sets, or will one be used for post production ect.
A photographer; Would they be using your equipment? if not why have cameras, lights and such?
Model costs; what type of scenes will the models be doing? Non nude, solo nude, solo hardcore, hardcore with anal, so on?
Your present location would be? Same place you want studio?

I just have a person that might be interested to invest into the biz.
My present location is in Eastern Europe, with lots of charming ladies around that are willing to expose their bodies. :)
Can you tell me roughly what am I looking at in terms of costs and revenues?
Looking at solo nude, solo hardcore, hardcore and anal type of content. No semi-extreme, like fisting. A photographer is going to use our equipment. I cannot tell you the amount of square feet, because we use meters here..
I guess one room will be used for post production. How many rooms does the studio need to start off?

I wish I could help. I however know jack shit about prices in Europe.
Aside from equipment costs.

I'd offer estimates to help ya'...but our situation is different in too many ways than yours. And it sounds like there's too many variables to give you even a close approximation.

Typically we won't spend more than $100/hr. (Cdn.) for fetish models (no sexual contact, though). You can likely count on at least doubling that for hardcore sex content. But it'll vary depending on the model you're workin' with.

Studio space - aside from our own 'in home' studios, we lease a 30,000 sq. ft. old factory for studio space mostly during the summer months at a cost of $450/mnth. But that's a helluva deal mostly because the place is very old, decrepit and has no utilities except hydro. As for a 'conventional' studio space, you'd likely pay considerably more even for a much smaller area (perhaps 2,000-3,000 sq. ft.).

We've never hired a secondary photographer (I do my own shooting), so I have no clue what rate you'd pay one. It'll depend largely on their skill and experience, of course. I wouldn't pay more than $30/hr. for a moderately skilled lensman, though.

I always consider post production to be one of my costliest factors - since I spend an enormous amount of time manually editing every shot. A 4-5 hour photoshoot (300-400 frames) can take me up to 2-3 full days of post-edit time.
