You just need to relax when you're trying to sleep. Relax your face, don't frown, and think of a relaxing environment. Now I don't have insomnia or anything, but it happens that I sometimes think of too many things.. and then I usually try that and it helps. Also try laying on your back.. usually helps too.

Workaholic. :) I'm up so late I'm going to pay tomorrow, but I just can't stop.
