whatever the money, he could have kept it another x amount of years, made that money many times over and still sold if for more than what he sold it for. Plus Grand Media sucks without sex.com.

yeah i gree that making more money is always good, but for crying out loud, 14m dollar... he needs no more..

Maybe he is going to use that to bankroll other startup ventures?

Maybe he just wanted to get out of the industry, and retire somewhere warm?

True, he may want other things but Grant Media without sex.com is dead. Watch and see.

From what I understand he recieved roughly $15mil from NetSol/Verisign.

He made money with Sex.com over the past few years.

He sold for $14mil and retains Sex.net and the PPC business. Seems like there is some potential still there.

A domain name, to me is only worth what you do with it.

Take a domain name like Dicks.com. It's not the URL for Dick's Sporting Goods. Would it make more if it were? Probably not.
