The Movie "Heathers", who remembers it?

It's on right now. Talk about a flash back, I haven't seen it in years.

Who else has seen it? Do you think school is still like that these days?

http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0097493/

And is it just me or is Christian Slater a younger Jack Nicholson?

Rex 01-25-2006 02:32 AM

fuck me gently with a chainsaw?

Many people said that about Christian, but -- UTLTIMATELY -- the boy simply had no depth. Nicholson is a genius, yeah -- there it is.

Very true, Nicholson is deep. But the expressions and cadence of his speach is very similar

Awesome movie... It was one of my favs in the day... In that movie Slater is TOTALLY trying to be a Nicholson ripoff and does a decent job of it...

selena 01-25-2006 06:49 AM

corvette 01-25-2006 07:32 AM

PaulB IYP 01-25-2006 07:35 AM

Great movie
One of my favs from back in the day
Just got it a couple months back from the WalMart $6.88 DVD bin

Phoenix 01-25-2006 07:37 AM

haha that is a throwback...one of the first satires i remember watching

EroticySteve 01-25-2006 07:55 AM

I don't think it was any accident that Slater mimicked Nicholson.

Remember when Corey Feldman had his Michael Jackson complex? It was a part of his everyday life as well as part of a few of his movie characters.

Sad when someone can't build a career and reputation on their own merit.

This is Ohio. If you don't have a brewski in your hand you might as well be wearing a dress.

Good movie too.

Would you consider Heathers a cult movie in today's market?
