I give you my mother-in-law's telephone number. After a few minutes chatting with her, she will put you to sleep.

That thing you do after you have an orgasm.

Take a really nice warm relaxing bath for a while. That should do the trick - atleast, works for me :)

Try taking melatonin supplements about two hours before you want to sleep. Melatonin is a natural chemical areas of your brain releases to help induce sleep. The suppliments help speed up the process. There is no "morning" fuzz associated with it as it is natural. Plus a bottle of melatonin is not expensive either, you can get it over the counter in most pharmacies and diet suppliment stores. I've used it for years and have had good results.

Also, you may try deep breathing exercises when you first lay down to sleep. This will help relax your mind and body.

Lastly, don't take hot baths or showers right before bed time. Another part of the the bodies sleep process is to cool the core body temperature. Hot baths and showers delay this aspect of sleep.

Hope this helps.

The hot bath may indeed help in a way by relaxing your muscles. However, the need for the body to cool itself during the sleep process will most likely be delayed if a hot bath is taken right before bed. With that in mind it does not mean a hot bath will keep one up all night. It could just cause a slight delay as they body can warm and cool itself rather fast.
