I Can't Sleep
For like the 5th night in a row, I can't frickin' sleep. Driving me nuts, I'm tired as hell just can't fall asleep.

Try taking melatonin supplements about two hours before you want to sleep. Melatonin is a natural chemical areas of your brain releases to help induce sleep. The suppliments help speed up the process. There is no "morning" fuzz associated with it as it is natural. Plus a bottle of melatonin is not expensive either, you can get it over the counter in most pharmacies and diet suppliment stores. I've used it for years and have had good results.
Also, you may try deep breathing exercises when you first lay down to sleep. This will help relax your mind and body. Lastly, don't take hot baths or showers right before bed time. Another part of the the bodies sleep process is to cool the core body temperature. Hot baths and showers delay this aspect of sleep. Hope this helps. |
