that allow their pics to be used you just have to ask permission or look on the page that tells you, I don't know what that page is, but I have seen it before...

I thought we were talking about the trademark/license to use issue but i guess not.

So i guess we are both right, let me explain why...

If you have ever read the chathost msg board on ifriends, there are ALWAYS models pissing and moaning over webmasters using their archives to promote clickcash, and the models will beg and plead for ifriends todo something about it, and ifriends doesnt EVER do shit. WHY? either:
a.) they dont give a shit
b.) Ifriends permits the use and put in there terms and conditions things that they do NOT actually follow.

my point is this:

If my girlfriend saw her pics on a gallery that was promoting ifriends, and that webmaster was using her archive pics he took from the archives, my girlfriend couldnt do jack shit about it if she didnt want them there because she no longer holds any rights to those pics and has NO say what so ever about those pics and how they are used once they are in ifriends posession. Yes, if push came to shove im sure out of respect for the model they would be taken down, but in a court of law, i think it would be a very even debate on both ends, either side could win. Thus is why i think we are both right.

Most of them were on free hosting or hosts that do not allow adult material, so It was fairly easy with a simple Email containing
a copy of the girls ID card.
Maybe the reason I haven't found any pics on paid hosting, is beacuse they know they could lose their service.
